Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return or exchange on gently-used products.  Please reach out to service@summarybrand.com  for help in processing your return/exchange.

At that time, we will provide you with a return authorization, as well as mailing information to process your return and refund.

While we are happy to refund or replace your product within 30 days of purchase, we are unable to refund shipping charges and return shipping charges, as they are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving.  Depending on your individual credit card policy, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your refund to reflect on your account.  

Note: Purchases of items on sale are final and may not be returned for a refund or credit. 

Summary Brand accepts returns/exchanges subject to the restrictions noted above from purchases made only on summarybrand.com.  If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance. 

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within three business days following the date of delivery. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges 

At this time, we are not accepting exchanges for products purchased on summarybrand.com.
